MVGM, the European leader in property management, has again won the tender for the administration of the Warsaw office complex Gda\u0144ski Business Center. The property manager has been looking after the facility since the start of it’s operation in 2014. The investment, which is part of the Savills Investment Management portfolio, is one of the largest office parks in Warsaw, offering 101,000 sqm of commercial space.<\/p>\n

Gda\u0144ski Business Center is a modern complex of four A-class office buildings located in Warsaw’s Muran\u00f3w district. Apart from the office space, the complex also includes restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, a kindergarten, a medical centre, a fitness club and a public courtyard with greenery and small architecture. Gda\u0144sk Business Center also has 1379 underground and 76 above-ground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists with 416 bicycle racks, changing rooms and showers.<\/p>\n
The scope of services provided by MVGM to Gda\u0144sk Business Center covers comprehensive management of the entrusted property and includes technical, financial, marketing and administrative services. One of the main areas of MVGM’s activity is the management of relations with the tenants and of rental contracts. The company is also responsible for the implementation of modern solutions and activities in the field of ESG.<\/p>\n
