The consulting company CBRE has signed an exclusive commercialization agreement for the Gdański Business Center office complex in Warsaw, which is part of the Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) portfolio. As part of the services provided, CBRE will also manage interior design projects for future tenants of the complex. Gdański Business Center offers approximately 100,000 sq m of commercial space in four modern buildings.
Gdański Business Center is an A-class office complex located in the centre of Warsaw. The facility is managed by an international investment manager – Savills Investment Management.

The Gdański Business Center key tenants include, among others, companies such as: Provident Polska, KPMG, Aviva, Philip Morris, Euronet, KMD, Uber, Nielsen and Dell.

In addition to office spaces, the complex also houses restaurants, a café, a beauty salon, a kindergarten, a medical center, Zdrofit fitness club and an open courtyard with elements of greenery and small architecture. The tenants of the investment can also use the terraces located on the upper floors of the buildings. The Gdański Business Center offers 1,379 underground and 76 above-ground parking spaces as well as infrastructure for cyclists with 416 bicycle stands, changing rooms and showers.
