SUMMARY OF THE “NO STRESS” EVENT AT GBC
On March 20, 2024, we organized the "No Stress" event at the GBC complex, aimed at relaxation and overcoming stress! Throughout the day, two stations hosted 15-minute office massage sessions, offering participants a chance to rest, disconnect from daily tasks, and rejuvenate. The massages were very warmly received and garnered numerous positive reactions. The workshops were equally enthusiastically received, during which participants could delve into practical stress management methods, including mindful breathing techniques and various breathing exercises.
