Gdański Business Center has been awarded the prestigious BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Excellent level.
BREEAM In-Use is an internationally recognised certification system that assesses existing buildings in terms of operational efficiency, environmental impact, and user comfort. The Excellent rating confirms that GBC meets the highest standards in all these areas.
During the audit, particular recognition was given to:
the use of eco-friendly solutions and modern technologies,
high architectural and fit-out standards,
an efficient waste segregation system,
a wide range of amenities for tenants and visitors, including a restaurant, café, kindergarten, fitness zone, medical centre, green relaxation areas, bicycle infrastructure, and accessibility features for people with disabilities.
